Fortunately in North Carolina, our real estate commission guidelines are compatible and complimentary to the ANSI standards, so you won’t see much of a major shift in our market.
You can rest assured that when your listings are measured by HPS, if the buyer gets an appraisal, the home will be measured using the same standards we use.
